Overview

At Dealfront, we understand that visibility into user activity is crucial for maximizing platform value. Based on feedback from our customers, we’re excited to introduce the User Analytics feature — now available for account admins in the Settings area of the platform.

This new capability empowers you to:

  • Improve adoption rates by identifying training needs within your team.

  • Monitor licence usage to ensure resources are optimally allocated.

  • Present concrete usage data to department heads to demonstrate the platform’s ROI.


Why This Feature Matters?

Previously, Dealfront did not offer a direct way to track user activity. With the introduction of analytics, you can now confidently measure and manage how your team uses Dealfront.


Who Can Access It?

  • Only Account Admins can view the User Analytics data.

  • Access is limited to the products your account is actively subscribed to.


Supported Products

User analytics data is currently available for the following Dealfront products:

  • Target

  • Connect

  • Datacare

  • Leadfeeder


Key Metrics Tracked

Each product you have a subscription for will display relevant user metrics. Here's what you can see:

General User Overview

  • Total users connected to the account

  • Total users with a Pro seat

Timeframe-Based Metrics (Filterable)

  • Credits used during the selected period:

  • Credits used vs. total available in the timeframe:

  • New leads identified:

  • Companies opened in Connect:

Each product will show the number of users who currently have access at the top of its respective analytics table.


Filtering Options

You can filter the displayed data to get the most relevant insights:

  • Timeframe: Set a custom start and end date.


Final Notes

  • This feature gives you actionable insight to help drive adoption, track licence usage, and support internal decision-making.

  • Admins are encouraged to review this data regularly to identify gaps and opportunities.
