When you integrate HubSpot CRM with Dealfront you have a number of different options regarding default fields and customisations for your HubSpot account. Detailed instructions on how to set up your integration are available here.
The lists below give the data points that you have available for these customisations and syncs, but be sure to go through the other resources to get a full view of this powerful integration!
Please note: Dealfront syncs data from your CRM once a day.
We can send the following to HubSpot from Dealfront:
Visit information and general keywords, NOT actual search terms, are sent to HubSpot as a ‘Note’ (visit note is not customisable).
In HubSpot you can find Notes in Activities, under the Activity tab when you open a given company. In the Note, you will see when the visit took place, along with the webpages they visited and the visit source.
Please remember to check the "send visits to your HubSpot" for each company in Dealfront whose visit information you want to see within HubSpot.

Go to your HubSpot integration settings in Dealfront to configure what information should be sent to your HubSpot CRM.
When you integrate Dealfront with HubSpot CRM, we create two fields in your CRM:
Latest Dealfront visit
View in Dealfront
Syncable entities: Theses are the records that are allowed to be synced from HubSpot to Dealfront. Tasks are dependent on identified companies and opportunities.
Contacts
Tasks
Deals
We sync all of a user’s data from HubSpot to Dealfront as well. This includes Companies, Deals, Stages, Contacts, Tasks, and Users.
Syncable entities from Dealfront to HubSpot:
Dealfront companies can be connected only as a HubSpot Company.
Automations:
When setting up feed automations that send identified companies to HubSpot you have the ability to configure how they are sent. You can read more about these automations here. The fields below are the options and fields available to send to HubSpot.
