Where do you store customer data? Who is your hosting provider?

Do you have a formal breach notification process?

Yes, we inform you about data breaches in accordance with our DPA, no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of the breach.

Is customer data separated between customers?

Yes, customer data is separated between customers. Furthermore, 1st party customer data is handled separately from Dealfront’s own company data.

Who has access to customer data?

Only a limited number of authorized Dealfront personnel, on a need-to-know basis, such as solving technical database issues. 3rd parties have no access to customer data.

Is the customer data deleted after contract termination?

Yes, we keep data only as long as you remain a customer. You can request data deletion any time by contacting our privacy team. More information about requesting data deletion and exercising other privacy rights is available in our Privacy Center

Is customer data used for testing or development purposes?

No, Dealfront never uses customer data for testing or development purposes. We use anonymized and/or aggregated data sets instead.
