When you sign up to the Web Visitors Identification Solution for the first time you will get a free 14 day Leadfeeder trial.

Your account will automatically change to the free version of Leadfeeder mode after the trial if you choose not to purchase a paid subscription.

Payment Methods

There are two available billing cycles:

  • Monthly - Available only for credit card subscriptions

  • Annual (12 months) - Available for invoiced or credit card subscription

Please note: Annual subscriptions come with a 40% discount over the monthly price. These subscriptions are charged at 12 months upfront.

There are two available billing methods:

  • Credit Card - Available for monthly or annual subscription. We are SCA compliant.

  • Invoice - Available only for annual subscriptions.

Please note: If you pay by invoice instead of credit card, we will send all invoices to the email address of the person who purchased the subscription. Find out more about billing details here.

Depending on your company location, we charge in either USD ($) or Euros (€).

Cancellation Terms

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
    E.g. You have a monthly recurring subscription that renews on the 25th of each month - this must be cancelled before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.

  • Annual plans can be cancelled up to 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
    E.g. You have an annual recurring subscription that renews on 25th August - this must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to this, so by the 25th July, to avoid the next annual charge.

Once you sign up for a trial, we will automatically select the correct plan for your account. The plan is based on the average number of companies we identify on your site.

Additional Credits

Credit can be used to reveal contact details. Please contact support or your CSM or Account Manager if you're interested in buying additional credits or have questions about credit usage and re-issuing credits. Find out more about credit usage here.
