The purpose of custom feeds is to segregate visit data so you can see the most critical information quickly and easily. You can create a custom feed based on, for example, the company's industry. All the other custom feed filters can be found in this article.
v2 Industries
This is the new classification of industries used by Leadfeeder. This classification comes with several improvements compared to the v1 classification, allowing users to leverage a hierarchy of related industries for efficient filtering.
It also aims to provide a more accurate representation of the business activities performed by a company. Various products by Dealfront like Target and Leadfeeder use the same industry classification. During the roll-out period, some accounts might still use the legacy v1 industry classification.
What happens to my existing custom feeds?
If you had any existing custom feeds using the legacy v1 industry classification, don't worry. After your account starts using the v2 industry classification, the custom feeds will be automatically migrated to the right counterpart based on the new classification. Please reach out to our support team if you have any questions.
Industries available in feed filters
The company profile in Leadfeeder shows all the industries a company is associated with. You can see a detailed breakdown of the hierarchy of. these industries, up to 5 levels deep.
However, only the top industry and its first sub-industry can be used in custom feed filters. This means your results will include all companies under these main industries.
