When you set up your CRM integration, you may have the option to Sync Contacts. This will allow us to load your CRM contacts and match them with Leadfeeder app contacts that already exist in both platforms.
To find this option, navigate to Settings > Account > [Your CRM Integration]. You will be able to toggle the option on and off. If you expand Contacts you will also have extra configuration options to match specific fields.
We don’t create contacts with this information, we only create matches for you and your CRM, so you don't need to worry about a contact’s privacy.
If a match is found, this will be indicated in the CRM section of the contact's detailed view, as shown below.
