If you have a Dealfront account and you use Pipedrive, you can connect this with Pipedrive's Web Visitors/Leadfeeder paid add-on feature. Pipedrive’s Leadfeeder feature is powered by Dealfront where you can see all the companies identified by Leadfeeder directly in Pipedrive.

How Does It Work?

The Leadfeeder feature will allow you to inject a website tracking script to your website to collect visitor information and present you with reports of not only which companies are visiting your website, but also the amount of activity each visitor has while interacting with your website, such as what pages each visitor is visiting and where they are coming from.

The companies are then sorted by quality and listed as sales leads in the Leadfeeder inbox in your Pipedrive account. The visitor information is synced hourly, so your sales team can keep track of new leads and immediately reach out to potential customers to kick off the sales process.

Leadfeeder Features and the Pipedrive Add-on

The Leadfeeder/Web Visitors add-on feature in Pipedrive is only accessible through the Pipedrive platform itself, you do not gain access to the Dealfront platform, therefore the feature set is limited. Below we have explained which features you get access to and which you won't.

Which Leadfeeder features are available in the Pipedrive add-on?

  • Create and edit custom feeds (but with limited filters)

  • Search and sort companies

  • Sync companies internally to Pipedrive

Which Leadfeeder features are NOT available in the Pipedrive add-on?

  • The Lists tool. You are therefore unable to add companies to a list and use them across any of the other Dealfront products, such as Promote campaigns

  • Custom feed automations

  • Integrations with other products such as Slack or Mailchimp

  • User management. As a result you are unable to customise access to the website visitor data

  • There is no access to other Dealfront platform products: Target, Promote, Connect, Datacare
