To integrate Dealfront with Salesforce, you need to have admin rights in both Salesforce and Dealfront.

Although we require specific permissions in Salesforce (as mentioned here) we will NOT modify any data in your Salesforce.

For the matcher and sync to run, we need, as a minimum:

  • the Account name

  • the Account domain name, and

  • the Account owner ID

This will enable us to sync your Salesforce data with Dealfront so that you can start sending Dealfront data directly to your Salesforce account.

To create entities in your Salesforce from Dealfront, you will need to have read and write permissions to all the fields you choose to map based on this article.

The data we sync from your Salesforce is stored on our AWS servers in encrypted form (in transit and at rest).

If you decide to remove the Salesforce integration from Dealfront, we delete all the data we have synced from your CRM from our servers.
