Deleting an Account

Find out how to remove your Dealfront Account.

If you hold full Company Access Rights, you can remove your account and all its data in Account Settings.

Before being able to remove your account, you'll need to cancel your active subscription first, either in billing settings, or via our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager.

Please note: Sometimes account removal can take a couple of days.

Once an account is deleted we don’t have a way to return that account to you, so please be absolutely sure before going ahead.

If you have more than one account you have two options, you can either remove each account individually, or remove the entire company and all its associated accounts in one go.

Option 1: Removing a Single Account

Follow these steps if you only have one single account that you wish to remove.

STEP 1: Navigate to the Dealfront Account Settings. You will automatically be taken to the "Account Details" section.

STEP 2: Click Remove account. A box will pop up asking for you to share the reason you'd like to remove the account, and to confirm. Once you click Confirm removal you're all done.

Option 2: Removing a Single Account from a Company with Multiple Accounts

Follow these steps if you have multiple connected accounts but you'd only like to remove one account.

STEP 1: Navigate to the Dealfront Account Settings > Accounts. You will see a list of all the Accounts under this Company.

STEP 2: Click on the Account you wish to remove. You will be taken to a new screen where you can click Remove account. A box will pop up asking for you to share the reason you'd like to remove the account, and to confirm. Once you click Confirm removal you're all done.

Option 3: Removing a Company with Multiple Accounts

Follow these steps if you have multiple connected accounts that you'd like to remove at the same time.

STEP 1: Navigate to the Dealfront Account Settings. You will automatically be taken to the "Account Details" section.

STEP 2: Click Remove company. A box will pop up asking if you're sure you'd like to remove all accounts and for you to share the reason you'd like to remove the account, and to confirm. Once you click Confirm removal you're all done.

Please note: If you would like to delete your user account, please email us at support@dealfront.com from the same email address as your Dealfront admin.
