If you're using Sales Intelligence with Pipedrive CRM integration, you have access to our new iFrame integration (aka new company profile view) already. You have to enable the new company profile view by following the instructions given in this article.

This new iFrame provides you with a detailed company data through the updated Company Profile. With improved company and contact enrichment capabilities, the new company profile view leverages the value you get from your existing Pipedrive CRM integration. It's easy to setup and reduces any configuration friction.

  • If You Already Have Pipedrive Integrated: You will automatically have the new iFrame functionality available. Just follow the instructions given below in this article to set it up in seconds and multifold the value you get from your CRM integration.

If you're using Pipedrive CRM integration already, you can access the new Company Profile directly from the CRM's organization view. This means:

  • You can enrich company and contact data that is already connected to your CRM.

  • Enrichment fields are dynamically pulled based on your account's configuration settings (Outgoing Field Mapping).

  • You can also add new contacts to your CRM directly from the iFrame window.

How to Access the New Company Profile View in Your Pipedrive CRM?

  1. Open your Pipedrive account and access marketplace from the left menu.

  2. Search for “Dealfront” and click on it:

  3. Proceed by clicking on “Authorize

  4. Users with Global admin rights will be able to make available the app for:

    1. Either "All users"

    2. Or "Specific users"

This feature is particularly useful for scenarios where admins want to limit access to the Company Profile view to specific users.

How To Use The New Company Profile View?

  • Open a specific CRM Organization and then click on the “...” on the top right corner. Then click on Open Dealfront

  • The company profile will open as a modal window ☝️

    • If your user has access to more than one Dealfront account you will get the account selector.

    • If not, user will get immediate access to the Company Profile
