Dealfront Basic enables admin users to cancel their subscription directly within your subscription settings.
You will be able to follow the method described below if you are on a Basic Monthly or Annual plan. If you are on an invoiced plan reach please reach out to support by emailing support@dealfront.com so we can get you the help you need!
Please Note: Not every Dealfront Basic subscription can be cancelled or amended via self-service, if you encounter any difficulty in the app please contact our support team. If you're a Pro or Premium user, please contact your Dealfront representative.
STEP 1: Navigate to your User Settings > Company then find the subscription you want to change and click on Edit. This will take you to the subscription details page.
STEP 2: You will then see a few details regarding your current subscription and the Cancel subscription button.
STEP 3: Once you click Cancel subscription you will be taken to a new page to confirm this is the action you wish to take.
If you're really sure you want to say goodbye, click Cancel subscription on this page to confirm.
Please Note: Please check your contract terms to see how much notice you are required to give in advance of cancellation.
