Billing Details, Invoices, and Receipts

If you need to find your receipts, or see more about your subscription and billing information, this article will help you.

All of your billing details and history can be found inside of your Dealfront account. No more messy filing cabinets or piles of receipts on your desk - we make it easy!

Everything you need in regards to Billing, Receipts, and Invoices can be found in User SettingsCompanyBilling.

Change Your Billing Details

If you have billing access rights you can easily change your billing details in your User Settings. Navigate to CompanySubscriptions, select the subscription you want to update and click Edit.

Scroll down to the Billing Details section where you will see your existing information, and click Edit Billing Details.

On this page you can amend the company name for the billing details, the billing contact email and the billing address.

Make sure you save!

Please note: Our support team are unable to make these changes for you, it can only be done by a billing admin user at your end.

View or Download Receipts and Invoices

To view and download any of your receipts or invoices, simply select View Receipt or Download Invoice next to the one you are looking for.

On this page, you can view all of your current or prior receipts online. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after payment has been received for the receipt to appear on the list, so if you don’t see it, just give it a bit more time.

If you need a printed copy of your invoice/receipt, simply click Print Receipt on the PDF to get to your printing options, or to download it to your computer.

If viewing receipts, printing, or downloading the PDF from your Dealfront account is inconvenient for you, we do offer the option to have your receipts emailed to your billing contact. In the Billing Details section, click Edit Billing Details, confirm the billing address is correct and select the I Want An E-Invoice check-box.
