Identify companies and contacts that exist in your CRM

When you have a CRM connected with Target and Connect, you can easily identify companies that already exist in your CRM. When a company is already connected to your CRM you will see the CRM logo next to the company. This connection allows you to save you time by not having to compare manually and also will help you to avoid getting duplicates.

You are also able to see additional information - such as account owner for that connected company.

Managing Inclusion or Exclusion of Companies in Your CRM

If your CRM is integrated with Dealfront, you can efficiently handle company inclusion or exclusion. Here's how:

CRM Status Tile: Upon accessing company filters, a dedicated CRM status tile will be displayed. This feature streamlines your decision-making process by providing instant visibility.

Inclusion or Exclusion: With the CRM status tile, you have the flexibility to choose whether to include or exclude companies already present in your CRM. Simply toggle the setting based on your preferences.

Note: If you haven't set up the CRM integration yet, you'll encounter a teaser screen prompting you to do so. It's free, so do not hesitate!

Looking for new prospects and companies?

If yes - search no further! You can easily exclude the companies that already exist in your CRM following these steps:

  • Go to target and start a search

  • Choose the filter "Company list" and exclude the list "CRM Connected" by selecting the minus button.

Don't forget to add more of our filters to find the perfect match for you.

Add a new contact to your CRM (in Connect):

  • Open the company in Connect.

  • Scroll down to the contact section and find the person you want to add to your CRM.

  • Select the 'Add to CRM' button to the far right.

Please note: At the moment we are only able to send over 1 company or contact at one time. Soon we will be able to send companies and contacts by bulk. Stay tuned!

Search for similar companies with our AI

Looking for companies similar to that deal you just closed? With our AI-tool you can find companies matching the companies already in your CRM. Just follow these instructions:

  • Open our AI Tool within Target.

  • Select the 'CRM connected list'.

  • Choose a specific cluster that you want to have the similarities based on.

  • Select 'Show similar companies'.
