✅ What is AI List Alerts?

AI List Alerts keeps you automatically updated on important news and signals related to companies in your saved lists — like executive changes, product launches, funding rounds and many more. You’ll get relevant alerts directly to your inbox, so you don’t have to manually track every company.

📅 When Should I Use AI List Alerts?

Use AI List Alerts when:

  • You want to stay updated on key developments for high-priority accounts.

  • You’re monitoring companies in your sales or marketing pipeline.

  • You want to know when prospects show buying or qualifying signals.

⚙️ How It Works

1️⃣ Start with a List

Create a list of companies by:

  • Filtering in the Target app

  • Creating a custom feed in Leadfeeder

  • Importing a CSV/Excel file into the Lists app

2️⃣ Click “Create Alert”

In the Lists app, open the list you want to monitor.

Click the “Create alert” button at the top of the list:

3️⃣ Enter a Prompt

A side panel will appear — describe what kinds of alerts you want.

💡 Write your prompt in plain language and be specific.

Good Prompt Examples:

  • Alert me when a SaaS company starts hiring for data science or AI roles.

  • Notify me when a company installs or removes Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM.

  • Inform me when a North American company raises Series A or B funding.

  • Alert me when a fintech company launches a new product or expands to a new region.

  • Notify me when a company posts a job for ‘sales enablement’ or ‘RevOps’ experience.

  • Alert me when a company hires a new VP or C-level exec in Sales or Marketing.

  • Notify me if a company shuts down a product line or exits a region.

  • Alert me if a company faces lawsuits, SEC investigations, or major PR issues.

🚫 Avoid

  • Overly broad prompts (“Interesting news”)

  • Vague requests (“Something relevant”)

  • Fact-based queries (“What’s their revenue?”)

4️⃣ Preview Your Alert

Click “Generate Preview” to see a sample.

Check if the system picks up the right signals.

5️⃣ Choose Recipients & Frequency

  • Pick who should get alerts — add teammates or external emails.

  • Choose how often: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

6️⃣ Save Your Alert

Click “Save Alert” — the button will switch to “Manage alert” to show it’s active.

From now on, recipients will get email alerts when new matching signals appear for companies in the list.

7️⃣ Update, Pause, or Delete

To make changes, click “Manage alert”:

  • Edit the prompt

  • Change frequency or recipients

  • Pause or delete the alert

8️⃣ Receive Email Alerts

Once active, you’ll get relevant updates straight to your inbox!

📌 Additional Notes

  • ✅ Each user can set one alert per list.

  • 🔄 Alerts run automatically — no manual checks needed.
