Once you've successfully integrated Dealfront with HubSpot, you can connect these companies to your HubSpot CRM companies and deals. These can already exist in HubSpot CRM, or you can create new ones directly from the Leadfeeder app.

Quick Links:

Connect a Company to HubSpot CRM Manually

STEP 1: Send an interesting company from Leadfeeder to HubSpot CRM by clicking on "Connect" to HubSpot CRM as a company.

Once you've done that you can either create a new company or connect to an existing one.

Please note: In most of the cases Leadfeeder's Automatic Matching will connect identified companies to your existing HubSpot companies.

In this step you can choose whether to send the historical Leadfeeder visits to HubSpot or not.

STEP 2: After connecting a company with HubSpot CRM, visits will appear as notes, as in the screenshot below.

By clicking on Expand more details will be shown.

Connect a Company to HubSpot CRM with Automation

Instead of sending identified companies to your HubSpot CRM manually, you can create a custom feed and set up automation to get matching companies to your CRM automatically.

This action relates to three HubSpot records: company, deal and task.

STEP 1: Get started by choosing Action to be Send to HubSpot CRM and click Configure.

You can use variables [company_name] and [account_name] when sending Leadfeeder identified companies to your HubSpot CRM with automation.

Company

STEP 2: You now need to define if you want the automation to create a new company for the given Leadfeeder identified company that matches to your custom feed criteria.

If unselected, the automation will only take into account the companies already connected to a company within your CRM when creating a new deal or a task.

Deal

STEP 3: In the next phase, you'll decide if you want to create a new deal for the company that Leadfeeder company is connected to (or just newly created, if you chose to have the toggle on in the previous step).

If unselected, we will take only existing deals into account when creating the task.

Task

STEP 4: In the final phase, choose whether you want to create a task. Please note that your results here are dependent on whether you selected to create a new company and deal, or if you chose only to take into account existing companies and deals.

In the example below, the user didn't choose to create a new company but wanted the automation to create a new deal.

Please note: The automation will only process every company once, please consider this when setting up automation for tasks.

STEP 5: After you have set up the desired rules, click Apply, then Add automation and finally Save.

This automation will now send matching companies from your custom feed to your CRM automatically.

Please note: When using automation to create companies in your CRM, each Leadfeeder company identified in the custom feed will prompt the chosen automation. This means that if one company is shown several times due to multiple locations the automation will create these as unique companies. Different locations are seen as unique companies by Leadfeeder but may appear as duplicates in your CRM.

Other Functionalities From Connecting Your HubSpot CRM

  • View individuals in People view with the use of HubSpot marketing features

  • Filter Leadfeeder companies based on their status in HubSpot. You'll also notice you have new filtered companies lists generated at this point
