Leadfeeder offers a number of different options when it comes to viewing and reporting on your Leads. You have custom feeds, email notifications, download csv reports, or a combination. If you are looking for a more visual report, or want to create combined reports, Google's Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio or 'GDS') may be perfect for you.

Looker Studio is a free service that helps you turn analytics, and other data, into easy to understand visual reports. Reports are also sharable and easily customizable!

Getting your information into Looker Studio is done through connectors. There are a variety of connectors available to create ‘data sources’. For example you could connect with Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Google Analytics. You can use a combination of or different sources to show data all in one report.

Leadfeeder has a Looker Studio connector available that will bring the most popular Leadfeeder data into Looker Studio. You can trial the Looker Studio add-on for free for 14 days.

The Leadfeeder Connector is simple to set up, requiring only your Leadfeeder API key and Custom Feed ID

This means you can show Leadfeeder data in your Looker Studio reports! You can use Leadfeeder data in conjunction with other sources to create reports that give you all of the information you need in one place.

For example, Sales teams may want to know:

  • Top Leads

  • Top industries for Leads

  • Top Leads by pageviews

  • Leads by location

  • Lead percentage by Company Size

  • Most popular product pages

Marketing teams may want to know:

  • Visits by keyword

  • Most popular pages for Leads

  • Top landing pages

  • Landing Page bounces

  • Leads by medium or source

  • Pageviews & average time on page

  • Overviews of segments

  • Campaign tracking

Company Leadership may want more of a high-level overview:

  • Leads

  • Visits

  • Pageviews

  • Trends over time

  • Engagement with the site

All of the above could be set up with a combination of your standard Google Analytics data, the Leadfeeder Connector, and Leadfeeder CSVs saved as Google Sheets. You can also set up several different data sources to report with on the same report.

For example, you could set up a single report that holds information from your standard Google Analytics data, four different Leadfeeder custom feeds, and any of the other data sources GDS connects with.

We offer a template to start with the Leadfeeder Connector, but you can build reports in whatever way you wish. Here are just a few examples of charts that you could create in your report.

Getting into Looker Studio can take some practice, we recommend the Looker Studio Quick Start Guide from Google to get you started as well as the Looker Studio Help Centre. We are always happy to help!
