Here's how to install the Leadfeeder Tracker
STEP 1: If you are just signing up for Dealfront, copy the Leadfeeder tracking script from Install tracker view. If you already have an account with us, navigate to your Dealfront settings here and copy the script there.
STEP 2: Paste the Leadfeeder tracking script to your website. Depending on where your website is hosted, you may choose a different method. Below are the different options available.
Please note: Please note that if you have already an account with us, continue to STEP 3 below after the script is added to your site.

STEP 3: Once you have added the script to your site, as the final step, edit the traffic rules in your Dealfront User Settings. Here you will define the hostname rules for each website you are tracking within your account.
Navigate to Account > Traffic Filtering
The hostname rules are defined automatically based on the information you have given during your signup process, but check that they are the correct and match with the domains you want to track in your Dealfront account.
STEP 4: Once you have added the script to your website, defined hostname rules, and received some visits, it takes up to an hour to show you new companies in Leadfeeder.
You will see the tracker as Not installed and Not receiving data during this wait time.
If you aren't seeing the Receiving data status after an hour or so please reach out to support, we may be able to get you started!
Please note: If you are using the free version of Leadfeeder, the status won't change sooner than the next day!
The same tracking script can be used for all websites/domains that are under the same company in your Dealfront account. This article tells you more about the different options to track multiple websites.
