This tutorial will show you how to use the Company Size filter within Target.

The Company size filter allows you to limit your search to companies with a certain number of employees.

To add the filter, first navigate to Search > Add filter, then select Company Filters, followed by Company Size.

Use the two marked sliders in the Employee distribution graph to set the desired upper and lower employee counts for your search. Alternatively you can enter specific numbers in the section Number of employees at the top right to precisely narrow down the scope of your search.

Please note: The amount of employees in this graph does not increase in linear increments. At the right of the graph, the employee number jumps from 500 to 1,000 to 10,000, and so on.

Finalise the filter setup by clicking on the blue Companies button at the bottom right.
