With Lists you can create and manage company or contact lists in one place and use them across the Dealfront platform.

We've detailed some of the top use cases for Lists and which combination of tools you need, below.

Quick Links:

Create a target account list

Use either Target or Target Basic's comprehensive search system to create a list of companies/contacts you wish to reach out to based on your own specific criteria. These could be your ideal customers, or a subset for a specific sales team.

There are then two options: Export or Add to List. You can export this list outside of the Dealfront platform and pass these details on to sales, helping save them time in prospecting, and enabling more time for selling and conversion.

Alternatively, add these contacts to a Dealfront List and use it to run a display advertising campaign using Promote, or delve deeper into the company data in Connect. You can select companies to a List one by one, per page, or all at once.

Find out more about your website visitors

If you use both the Web Visitors Identification solution, and the Sales Intelligence solution, you can create a list in Leadfeeder and use that list in Target to reveal contact details. By starting with a list from Leadfeeder, you're refining your search to companies who have already visited your website: those who show some indication of intent towards your company. Find out more about how to create lists in Leadfeeder here.

Retarget your website visitors

Create a list of companies visiting your website from Leadfeeder and run retargeting display ad campaigns to those companies using Promote. Your ads are only going in front of companies who already have some awareness of your brand. By targeting these you can reinforce your message and make your advertising budget more focused. Measure campaign performance

By running display ads to target companies in Promote, we will automatically create a custom feed in Leadfeeder, filtered by the Company List selected to see if they are visiting/showing intent on the website. You could also create a separate custom feed based on your own criteria, such as Page URL, for a specific landing page.

Reach your target customers with display ads

Create a list of target customers using Target or Target Basic, then run display ad campaigns to them using Promote. By having a defined list of target customers you wish to advertise to you can be sure your paid media budget is being used to best effect. You can also tailor your ad messaging more specifically to these target customers.

Convert existing prospects quicker

You can refine a list of target customers in your CRM (for example 'open deals') and export this as a CSV file. You can then import this into Lists, and use this list within Promote to run targeted display ad campaigns to place your message directly in front of your known prospects.

Qualify your target accounts

Create a List of key accounts from Target and open this in Connect. You can then go through each company in detail to qualify or rule out each company on this List based on your own set criteria of what makes an ideal prospect. You can then build up a more refined company and contact list, making each point of outreach even more valuable.

Receive alerts on key buying intent signals

By opening your key accounts list from Target in Connect, you can set up alerts on companies within this List. These alerts look for buying intent signals from both sales and news event triggers, enabling you to spot fresh upsell and cross-sell opportunities and reach out before your competitors.
