If you're using Sales Intelligence with HubSpot CRM integration, you have access to our new iFrame integration. This iFrame gives you detailed company data through the updated Company Profile. With improved company and contact enrichment capabilities, the iFrame leverages your existing HubSpot CRM integration, making setup simple and reducing configuration friction.
What's Changing for You?
If You Already Have HubSpot Integrated: You will automatically have iFrame functionality available.
If You Don't Have HubSpot Integrated Yet: You'll need to enable HubSpot integration first to access the iFrame functionality.
If You're a New Customer: Once you integrate with HubSpot, you'll have the option to use the iFrame in your CRM system.
How It Works?
If you're using HubSpot CRM integration, you can access the Dealfront Company Profile directly from the CRM's organization view. This means:
You can enrich company and contact data that is already connected to your CRM.
Enrichment fields are dynamically pulled based on your account's configuration settings (Outgoing Field Mapping).
You can also add new contacts to your CRM directly from the iFrame window.
How to Access the iFrame (HubSpot)?
Open your HubSpot account as an administrator.
Navigate to Settings > Objects > Companies > Record Customization.
Click on "Default view" (or any other view that you would like to include the Dealfront card). As soon as you enable it to the specific view, all users that have access to that view, they will see the Dealfront card. Our suggestion is to have a dedicated view for the group of people that should have access to the Dealfront card.
Enable Dealfront and close the panel.
On the right side, click "Add cards".
Click "Save and exit" in the top right corner.
How to use the iFrame Integration?
Open a specific CRM Organization and find the "Dealfront" card on the right side. Click "Open Dealfront".
A modal window will open up.
If your user has access to more than one Dealfront account, you will get the account selector.
If not, you will get immediate access to the Company profile.
