If your Dealfront app isn't formatting how you'd expect, is loading slower than usual or functionality that previously worked has stopped it may be time to reset your device's cookies and clear your cache.

As Dealfront is a web based app, clearing your cache and/or reseting your cookies can solve many issues in a few simple clicks. If things don't seem quite right, it's the first troubleshooting step we'd suggest.

About Cookies:

Cookies are small pieces of text that are sent to your browser when you visit a website. Cookies help a website to remember information about your visit; they can be incredibly useful and help to enhance your browsing experience. Not all websites use cookies and you usually have the option to accept or decline cookies when browsing a website.

About Cache:

The cache on your device remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them load even quicker on your next visit. It's your short-term computer memory.

How to Reset Cookies and Clear Your Cache
