If you aren't receiving email notifications or CSV exports, please take a look at the troubleshooting suggestions below.
Make sure that your email address is as expected and spelled correctly in your Dealfront User Settings > Personal
Look into your inbox's spam folder and your email client's spam filters
Check if you have a limit on how many emails can you receive and if you've reached this limit
See if any of your colleagues that are also supposed to receive emails from Dealfront are successfully receiving these
Add Dealfront (app@dealfront.com) to your 'safe senders' or contacts list (whitelist). We use dynamic IP addresses so are unable to provide numbered addresses.

If your organization uses Mimecast for email security, please adjust your configuration and permit our email address as listed above.
