Creating or Connecting Records in Your CRM

Dealfront provides flexible options for managing how companies and contacts are created or connected in your CRM.

  • Quick creation: Use one-click actions to instantly create a new record—Account, Lead, or Contact—depending on whether you're working with a company or contact and what your CRM support:

  • Review and create flow: For greater control, use the "Review and create" option. This allows you to either create a new record or link to an existing one:

If you choose to create a new record, you can customize field values and assign a CRM owner before completing the process:

  • Review suggested matches: When Dealfront identifies potential matches, you’ll see a “Review and connect” prompt. This lets you evaluate CRM suggestions and either link, or search for another one:

Multiple Connections with CRM

Dealfront supports many-to-many CRM connections, allowing flexible alignment between Dealfront and your CRM records. This setup is designed to support a wide range of CRM configurations and workflows, regardless of how your CRM accounts or contacts are structured.

  • Flexible linking: You can connect multiple Dealfront companies or contacts to a single CRM record—or link a single Dealfront company/contact to multiple CRM records. This supports a variety of CRM structures and ensures that all relevant connections are captured.

  • Primary connection: Among multiple connections, one is always designated as the primary connection. This link is used as the default for syncing and retrieving data between Dealfront and your CRM. You can update the primary connection at any time as your needs evolve:
