The Company Profile view allows you to see enriched company and contact data directly inside your CRM. Instead of switching between Dealfront and your CRM, you can access detailed firmographics, contacts, buyer signals, financials, and recent activities from one place — your CRM interface.

This is made possible through Dealfront’s iFrame integration, which embeds the Company Profile view directly into your CRM’s account, contact, deal, or opportunity records.

Why Embed the Company Profile?

  • Streamlined prospecting: View company data, signals, and contacts in your CRM without switching apps.

  • Faster decision-making: Quickly qualify accounts with revenue, employee count, industry, and activity insights.

  • Better contact management: Add and enrich contacts directly in your CRM.

  • Up-to-date records: Keep your CRM enriched with current company and contact information.

General Requirements

Before you start:

  • You need to have an active Dealfront account.

  • Your CRM must already be integrated with Dealfront (see integration setup guides).

  • You’ll need administrator access in your CRM to adjust page layouts or enable the iFrame.

  • The embedded Company Profile view is currently supported for Accounts/Organizations, Contacts, Deals/Opportunities.

    • Note: CRM Tasks/Activities are not yet supported.

How to Get Started

The process is similar across all supported CRMs:

  1. Check your CRM integration
Make sure your CRM is connected to Dealfront. If not, follow the relevant integration guide first.

  2. Install or update the Dealfront CRM package/app
Depending on your CRM, install the latest Dealfront package (or upgrade if you’ve already installed it).

  3. Enable the Dealfront iFrame (Company Profile view)
Add the Dealfront Company Profile component (or web resource) to the CRM page layout you want it to appear in (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, or Deals).

  4. Assign visibility (optional)
Restrict access to specific users or roles if needed, by adjusting page layout permissions.

  5. Start using the Company Profile view
Open a record (Account, Contact, Opportunity, or Deal) and you’ll see the embedded Company Profile with full company details and enrichment options.
