Your CRM is the central hub for all your customer information—campaign data, activities, and custom columns live there. These data points are extremely valuable when it comes to retargeting, prospecting, or enriching your customer and prospect view in Dealfront.

With the CRM integration, you can bring your CRM data into Dealfront for connected companies and contacts. Once synced, you can:

  • Sort and filter lists using CRM data.

  • Run targeted Promote campaigns.

  • Find similar companies and create new lists.

  • Enrich your workflows with combined Dealfront and CRM insights.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have your CRM integration configured.

Configuring Incoming CRM Fields

Follow these steps to bring CRM data into Dealfront:

  1. Go to CRM Integration settings.

  2. Select Field Mappings.

  3. Expand Companies (or even Contacts) and switch the direction to “Incoming.”

  4. Choose the CRM field you’d like to import into Dealfront.

  5. Press + on the right side and a new Dealfront custom field will be created automatically.

  6. Wait a few minutes for the data to start flowing into the platform.

Using CRM Data in Lists

Once CRM data is synced, you can use it directly in your Lists:

  1. Navigate to a List where you want to display CRM data.

  2. Open the column configuration.

  3. Select a field from the CRM fields group.

  4. You can now view and sort your lists by CRM data.

You can also filter your lists by CRM data:

  • Click on the filter icon in the top-right corner.

  • Expand the CRM category to see all available CRM filters.

  • Add filters based on the CRM fields you previously configured as incoming.

  • Depending on the field type (text, number, boolean, date), relevant filtering options will be available automatically.

Supported CRM Field Types

  • ✅ Standard fields: text, number, boolean, date

  • ❌ Complex fields (e.g., lookup, user) are not currently supported

Known Limitations

  • Incoming fields are supported only for Company and Contact CRM objects.

  • Leads, Tasks, and Opportunities are not yet supported, but will be in the near future.
