Your CRM is the source of truth for your customer data, but it only works if information stays current. With Dealfront’s auto-update field sync, you can keep selected Dealfront insights refreshed in your CRM automatically.
With this feature, you can:
Automatically sync fields marked as auto-update to your CRM, ensuring they refresh daily whenever values change in Dealfront.
Leverage these updated fields directly in your CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Currently supported fields include:
Web Engagement Score: 1–10 signal that reflects how actively a company is engaging with your website, combining recency, frequency, and depth of visits.
AI Enrichment (in Lists): fields along with the relevant values generated by Dealfront’s AI based on user prompts.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have your CRM integration configured.

How to Configure Auto-Update Fields
Go to Settings > Accounts > Integrations > (Your CRM) > Field Mappings.
Expand Companies (or Accounts, Organization. Naming depends on the CRM system).
Make sure that field direction is set to Outgoing.
From the list of available fields, select any that are marked as auto-update.
Map them to the relevant field in your CRM. Custom CRM fields can also be created and used in the mapping.
That’s it—Dealfront will now keep these CRM fields refreshed.
Sync Frequency & Behavior
Updates are sent once per day during the standard synchronization cycle.
Auto-update field value is updated in the CRM only when a change occurs in Dealfront.
When a new record is created and pushed to your CRM, mapped auto-update fields are synced immediately.
Known Limitations
Auto-update fields are currently supported only for Accounts / Companies / Organizations in your CRM.
Support for additional CRM objects will be added in upcoming releases.
