What Information Gets Sent to Zoho if I Integrate It?

This article will tell you what Dealfront is able to send to Zoho and what is matched (synced) between the two.

Sync your CRM with Dealfront to see all the companies the Leadfeeder Tracker has identified as visiting your site, right in your CRM.

When you integrate Zoho with Dealfront you have a number of different options regarding default fields and customisations for your Zoho account. Detailed instructions on how to set up your integration are available here.


The lists below give the data points that you have available for these customisations and syncs, but be sure to go through the other resources to get a full view of this powerful integration!

Please note: Dealfront syncs data from your CRM once a day.

We can send the following to elements to to Zoho:

  • Visit information as ‘note’

  • General keywords NOT actual search terms, as ‘note’

  • Organisation Name

  • Link to Leadfeeder by Dealfront

  • Customisation:

    • Send visit summary for Manually Connected identified companies

    • Send visit summary for Automatically Connected identified companies

    • Send Comments per company

    • Default Pipeline Stage

    • Default Deal Name

  • Fields that are available to be set when creating/connecting a company to Zoho:

    • Country

    • City

    • State

    • Email

    • Title

    • Industry

    • Number of Employees

Please note: Website URL, number of employees, industry, account source and description of the company will not always be sent, you may see it for where the information was available in the past from LinkedIn, however it is not available for all companies.

Syncable entities: These are the records that are allowed to be synced between Zoho and Dealfront. Tasks are dependent on leads and opportunities.

Automations:
When setting up feed automations that send identified companies to Zoho you have the ability to configure them how they are sent. You can read more about these automation here. The fields below are the options and fields available to send to Zoho.


NOTE: Create deal and task are only applied to Leadfeeder identified companies that are already connected to existing organisations.

  • Create as Account

    • Owner

  • Create as Lead

    • Owner

    • Lead contact name

  • Create Deal    

    • Owner    

    • Name

    • Days to set closing date

    • Stage

  • Create Task    

    • Owner    

    • Subject    

    • Days to set due date

    • Priority

Manual connections:When sending identified companies manually to Zoho you have the ability to configure them. You can read more about manual connections here. The fields below are the options and fields available to send to Zoho.

  • Connect as an Account

    • Connect to an existing account

    • Create a New account

  • Connect as a Lead

    • Connect to an existing Lead

      • Owner

      • Organization

      • Contact details

    • Create a New Lead

  • New visit summaries are sent automatically

  • Send existing visit summary as a note to Zoho

  • Send existing Leadfeeder identified company comments as a note to Zoho

Once companies are connected you have the ability to create and send:

  • Tasks    

    • Owner    

    • Status/Priority

    • Due date

  • Deals    

    • Owner    

    • Status

    • Closing Date
