Please note: The parts of this article that refer to Leadfeeder and also Visit Activity are only applicable to accounts with a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution subscription.

Dealfront and Your CRM Data

By integrating Zoho with Dealfront, you can choose to push the Dealfront data we have about each connected company or contact directly into your CRM.

Your CRM data is your proprietary information. You have complete control over your Zoho integration setup and can select automatic or manual connection.

You can directly transfer company details, deals and activity from Leadfeeder into your CRM. This will provide extra context for your sales team around understanding intent and support their outreach efforts.

Please note: You will need to have admin privileges within Zoho CRM to complete this process.

STEP 1: Navigate to User Settings within Dealfront

STEP 2: Under Account and Integrations, select Zoho

STEP 3: Choose which top-level domain your account is using and whether or not you want Dealfront to send the latest visit information directly.

Please note: At the moment Zoho integration can be set for .com, .eu, .in, and .com.au domains.

Please note: Visit Information in #3 in the screenshot below is only for accounts with a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution subscription or Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution + Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription. SI only subscriptions will not see the page visit options.

STEP 4: Login to Zoho, if you aren't already

STEP 5: Accept allowing Dealfront to access the following data in your Zoho CRM account

STEP 6: After completing these steps your account will start to sync. Your initial sync can take several hours. The larger the account, the longer it will take.

STEP 7: Once the sync is complete, you should see this screen indicating that a connection has been successful. If you do not see 'Connected', please take a look at our article about explaining the Zoho Integration Connection Statuses and how to solve any errors.

Congratulations! You've successfully integrated Zoho with Dealfront.

Where Can I See My Leadfeeder Data in Zoho CRM?

Visit information is sent to Zoho CRM as a ‘Note’. Notes can be found in the Deal (a.k.a potential), the Account or the Lead following this flow (Deal -> Account -> Lead).

In the Notes section you will see each separate Dealfront activity and the date it took place. For visits you will also see the visit source, along with the webpages they visited and the duration. There's also a link to Dealfront 'For more details' which will take you to this organisation's visit in the Leadfeeder app. In the example below we're in the Accounts Overview.

Customize the Information Sent to Zoho

You can customize what information is sent from Dealfront to Zoho when creating various entities. Find out more about this in our article on customizing the information sent to your CRM.
