In today's data-driven world, having accurate and comprehensive information about your leads and customers is essential for driving successful sales and marketing strategies. Data enrichment is the process of enhancing your existing data by adding valuable insights and context, which can significantly improve your decision-making and engagement efforts.

With our iFrame integration, you can seamlessly enrich your data directly within three popular native CRM systems: Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365. This integration allows you to pull in additional information, such as company details, social media profiles and contact history, enriching your records with vital insights that help you understand your customers better to win more deals.

By leveraging data enrichment through our iFrame integration, you can gain a 360-degree view of your prospects and customers, streamline your workflows, and ultimately drive more informed and personalized interactions. Whether you're looking to enhance lead scoring, improve customer segmentation or optimize your sales strategies, our integration makes it easy to unlock the full potential of your data and boost your overall business performance.

Here’s an overview of our fields mapping that will be pushed to your CRM with our Dealfront platform.

The fields that will be available for enrichment are based on the Field Mapping configuration in the Integration settings.

Enrichment is only available if there is a connection between the company/contact along with the respective record in your CRM. If for example a contact is not yet in your CRM, enrichment will not be available. You should first add the contact to the CRM, and then you will get the option to enrich it.

When you click the enrich button for company or contact ,you will see two tabs:

  • Data that is different: List of fields where the CRM data differs from Dealfront.

  • Data up to date: List of fields for which the values are exactly the same as those in your CRM.

You can enrich a specific field or set of fields by selecting the checkbox(es) next to each of the fields listed in the Data that is a different tab.

Please note that any existing values in your CRM fields selected for enrichment will be overwritten with the newly updated data.
