What is the Company Profile?

The Company Profile is an information hub that provides:

  • Detailed data about a company, including related contacts, financials, and news signals.

  • A clear view of whether the company is already connected to your CRM system, reducing duplicate entries.

  • An intuitive layout that centralizes key information for quick and easy access.

What Value Does It Provide?

The Company Profile empowers you to qualify leads efficiently by giving you access to in-depth company information. You can take action on leads by adding them to your CRM system or creating lists for follow-up.

Practical Ways to Use Company Profile Data:

  • Quick Qualification: Instantly assess whether a company fits your criteria by reviewing key information points like location, employee count, revenue, and industry in the header.

  • Identify New Prospects: Explore the company hierarchy to find new opportunities within groups of companies you've already sold to.

  • Find the Right Contact Person: Use the Contacts tab to filter and locate key contacts. You can even narrow down to those with email addresses or phone numbers to start engaging immediately.

  • Assess Financial Stability: Analyze historical financial data to understand the company’s stability and potential as a prospect.

  • Monitor Recent Activity: Check the latest signals and news to spot positive changes or opportunities that might indicate a good time to reach out.

How to Use the Company Profile Effectively

1. Header: Key Company Information

The header at the top of the profile provides a quick overview of:

  • Company Location

  • Website URL

  • Industry

  • Employee Count

  • Revenue

  • Company Status (Active, In Liquidation, Inactive)

  • Social Media Links

  • CRM Connection Status

Company Keywords:
Collected directly from the company’s website, these keywords provide a quick insight into how the company positions and markets itself.

Next, you'll find the financial data overview, which highlights the three key financial indicators for each company: revenue, earnings, and balance sheet total. This information helps you quickly assess the company’s financial strength and determine whether it could be a viable prospect.

Additionally, the overview indicates whether the values have been estimated or officially reported by the company, along with the corresponding year.

Contact Information and Basic Information

  • The Contact Information section contains all the essential details needed to get in touch with the company, including the address.

  • The Basic Information section provides key registration details relevant to the company.
