What is the Company Profile

The Company Profile is a detailed view of any company you select within Dealfront. It brings together firmographic data, contact details, CRM information, financials, web activity, and buyer signals into one organized view. Use it to quickly understand the company, find the right contacts, and take action with full context—without switching tools.

Overview of Tabs in the Company Profile

Each tab answers a specific question about the account, helping you build a complete picture, whether it's an ICP company or a competitor you're monitoring for activity signals.

1. Overview – Is this company a good fit?

Get a quick snapshot of the company’s core details.

What to do:

  • Check the company name, location, and official records

  • Review industry, employee size, and revenue

  • Scan the keywords to quickly understand how the company describes itself and what it focuses on.

  • Look for the CRM sync icon to see if they’re already in your system

2. Contacts – Who should I talk to?

Find decision-makers and reach out with confidence. Even if job titles don’t match, simply describe the role — AI will identify the best person to reach.

What to do:

  • Use filters to narrow by seniority (e.g. C-level, Manager)

  • Select department (e.g. Marketing, Sales, IT)

  • Filter for contacts with available direct dials or validated email addresses

  • Choose whether to see contacts from just this company or the whole group

  • Add contacts to a list or sync them directly to your CRM for easy follow-up

3. Activity – What are they interested in?

Use website visitor behavior, such as pages viewed, time spent, and traffic sources, to spot buying intent and tailor your outreach. Set up the Leadfeeder tracker to start uncovering which companies are engaging with your site. Click here to learn how it works.

What to do:

  • Generate and review the AI summary of website activity.

  • View traffic source, pages visited, and engagement time

  • Use this insight to personalize your message or follow-up

4. CRM – Are we already in touch?

Avoid creating duplicate records by managing and updating information directly within the Company Profile.

What to do:

  • See if the account is linked to your CRM, and sync it if it’s not

  • Click to create deals or tasks

  • View existing pipeline data, mapped fields, and owners

  • Use it to follow up or assign leads internally

5. Finance – How strong is their business?

Evaluate financial stability before outreach.

What to do:

  • Review revenue, earnings, and balance sheet

  • Look at growth trends via visual graphs

  • Hover to see data source and year

6. Signals – Is now the right time?

Find out what’s happening inside the company right now.

What to do:

  • Browse recent news: hiring, funding, product launches, etc.

  • Filter by category (e.g. Expansion, M&A, Leadership)

  • Use it to trigger timely outreach or pitch

7. AI Insights – What does AI say about this company?

Use AI Insights to get a complete company overview, including the latest news, tech stack, and org structure, to prep discovery calls, personalize outreach, and qualify leads.

What to do:
