Fill up the top of the funnel with high intent leads and get the maximum value out of Leadfeeder with CRM integration.

Sourcing net new leads is highly time-consuming for sales professionals. With web visitor identification software from Leadfeeder, this becomes immensely quicker!

As an added bonus, these are warm leads, they're actively viewing your website so are already brand-aware.

Your CRM data is your proprietary information. You have complete control over your CRM integration setup and can select automatic or manual connection.

Please note: To achieve this use case you will need full access to Leadfeeder by Dealfront with the Leadfeeder tracker correctly installed.

Automatically Add New High-Intent Leads to Your CRM

STEP 1: If you have already integrated your CRM, please skip to STEP 4.

Otherwise, log in to Dealfront and head to the integrations overview. Select which CRM you want to integrate. You'll see a full list of all the integrations we natively support.

STEP 2: Choose your CRM from the integrations list under CRM.

STEP 3: Follow the specific instructions for your chosen CRM.

Please note: For further details on Integrating your CRM with Dealfront, please see this Help Center article.

STEP 4: Create a custom feed segmenting for behavioural attributes or actions that make a visiting company worth pursuing. Simple filters include number of visits, company industry, number of employees, or you can get more in-depth and filter by the device type, video viewed or form filled out. Or filter for high intent pages, such as pricing or solution deep dives.

For this example, we'll select the Page URL filter. This means the custom feed will filter by the URL of the page the visitor was on, e.g. /pricing/.

Please note: You can find a detailed guide on How to Create a Custom Feed here.

STEP 5: Add a filter to exclude companies who are already connected to your CRM.

Use the filter ‘Connection to CRM’ with the parameters: ‘is not Connected’, or ‘is not Awaiting user confirmation’.

STEP 6: You now have an easy to access list of pre-qualified companies, or warm leads, who are ready to be connected to your CRM. Next we can set up automation to push these companies directly to your CRM.

Go to Edit feed, and then select Automation.

STEP 7: Select Send to [name of CRM] from the drop down.

Now select Configure.

Depending on your CRM system, the configuration options will be slightly different.

In general, you can configure automation to add every new company that enters this feed to your CRM, attached to an owner of your choosing. You can also automate creating new deals or tasks (or equivalent terminology depending on the CRM you use) when you push each company to your CRM.

When you have chosen the right settings, click Apply.

STEP 8: Choose the frequency of how often you would like the automation to happen:

  • When new companies appear - This will push the company as soon as they meet the feed criteria. (Up to 20 companies will be processed by this automation per hour)

  • Weekly - Sent weekly on Monday morning

  • Daily - Sent daily 09:00

STEP 9: Click Add automation to save the automation.

Don't forget to Save your custom feed!

📌 Pro Tip: With CRM integration, Leadfeeder tags companies who are already in your CRM with an integration icon matching the logo of your connected CRM.
