How the Dealfront CRM Integration Can Help You When Using Our Sales Intelligence Solution

Our CRM integration addresses this challenge by first running a matching process that identifies and eliminates duplicate records. This ensures that only unique companies, contacts, and leads are created in bulk directly within your CRM system. STEP 1: Integrate Your CRM with Dealfront

Navigate to your Account settings and follow the steps explained in this article.

STEP 2: Select Companies/Contacts and Add to CRM

In Target, choose all the companies and contacts you want to add to your CRM. Click on the button "Review and Add to CRM" button at the top of the tab

STEP 3: Summary of companies

Review and determine how the selected records will be handled when adding to the CRM. Then select Proceed.

STEP 4: Sync Process

The sync will run in the background, adding the selected records to your CRM. An email with the outcome of the background execution will be sent for the reviewer to check if the sync worked properly.

Tips for Successful CRM Integration: Addressing Key Details and Limitations

  • Subscription Requirements: Customers need to have a Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription or Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution + Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription.

  • You can sync up to 5,000 records at one time.

  • Decide which information can be sent to your CRM. This means that you will be able to define the fields that will be sent to your CRM (or be mapped). View the list of fields that can be mapped depending on the CRM type.

  • Track the number of records synced from Target to your CRM to measure the effectiveness of this feature. Customize the information that is send to the CRM by following this guide.

By utilizing this bulk addition feature, you can significantly reduce the time spent on manual data entry, allowing you to focus more on engaging with your prospects and driving sales.
