Please note: Customers need to have both a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution subscription + a Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription.

You often miss critical sales opportunities because you don't know when Target companies visit your website. This lack of timely insights prevents your sales team from engaging with potential leads at the right moment, resulting in missed sales opportunities and inefficiencies in your sales process.

We have a solution for you!

Automatically create CRM opportunities/tasks for your sales team whenever Target companies, showing buying intent by visiting your website, are identified. By tracking website visits and integrating this data with your CRM, you ensure that your sales team is promptly notified of potential leads, enabling them to engage swiftly and effectively.

If you'd rather not read, just follow the steps demonstrated in this explanatory video 👇

STEP 1: Integrate Your CRM with Dealfront

Navigate to your Account settings and follow the steps explained in this article.

STEP 2: Create an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) List in Target

Create a list of your ideal customer profile (ICP) companies in Target, excluding companies already in your CRM.

Click on the checkbox to the left of the companies you want to add to your list. Then click on the Add to list button above the search results.

You will now see a popup menu titled “Add companies to list”. Create a new list by clicking on the field Create New List at the top. Enter your desired list name and click the blue Save button at the bottom right.

STEP 3: Navigate to Leadfeeder

Navigate to Leadfeeder so you can create a custom feed!

STEP 4: Create a Custom Feed in Leadfeeder

Create a custom feed in Leadfeeder using the filter Company list "is" and then select the name of the list you created that will appear in the dropdown.

STEP 5: Set Up Automation in Leadfeeder

  • Navigate to Automations -> Send to CRM.

  • Click Configure to set details such as the sales owner and the due date for the task. Once you've completed the configuration, make sure to click Apply. If you want to create a new CRM opportunity within your newly created account, select the toggle shown in the screenshot below. Assign a CRM user as the owner and choose the appropriate stage for this opportunity.

  • Define the frequency (e.g., when new companies appear, daily, or weekly) for creating new opportunities.

  • Click Add Automation to activate and don't forget to save the feed!

STEP 6: Automation Process

  • Based on the defined frequency and when a new company from the ICP list visits your website, a new opportunity and task will automatically be created in your CRM.

Addressing Key Details and Limitations

  • Subscription Requirement: Customers need to have both a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution subscription + a Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription in order to perform the above tasks.

  • Data Sync Frequency: Data from Leadfeeder to your CRM is synced once every 24 hours.

  • Track the number of CRM opportunities created from Target lists in Leadfeeder to measure the effectiveness of this feature.

By implementing this automated process, you can capitalize on website visits from potential leads, ensuring timely engagement and maximizing your conversion opportunities effectively.
