Please note: Customers need to have a Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription or a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution + Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription.

You often struggle with inefficiencies when searching for prospects, particularly in excluding records that already exist in your CRM. This process typically involves importing lists into your Datacare, manually matching steps, or excluding lists in Target.

These tasks consume valuable time that could be better spent engaging with new prospects. Moreover, the risk of creating duplicates or engaging with existing customers adds to the complexity.

No worries, we have a solution for you!

Our CRM integration for Sales Intelligence products provides a solution by enabling you to exclude lists of companies already linked to accounts in your CRM. This efficient feature helps you avoid redundant efforts and focus on reaching out to new potential customers.

If you want a quick overview of how to do it, just watch this video 👇

STEP 1: Integrate Your CRM with Dealfront

Navigate to your Account settings and follow the steps explained in this article.

STEP 2: Wait for Matching to Complete

Allow Dealfront to complete the matching process.

STEP 3: Apply Filters in Target Search

  • Company Filter > CRM status

Add an exclusion filter for companies already connected by selecting "CRM Connected"

Tips for Successful CRM Integration: Addressing Key Details and Limitations

  • Subscription Requirement: Customers need to have a Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription or a Web Visitors Identification (WVI) Solution + Sales Intelligence (SI) Solution subscription in order to perform the above tasks.

  • Save the search to avoid repeating the process in the future.

  • You can still check if a company is connected or not to your CRM by checking the CRM status next to the company / contact name. More information in this article.

  • Automatic CRM List Updates: New items added from Dealfront to your CRM will appear immediately upon export. Additionally, there is a daily sync to update lists based on new items created directly in your CRM.

  • CRM Filtering: Currently, filtering by other CRM attributes like owner is not supported.

  • Target Search Updates: Searches using CRM filters will automatically update when users manually push changes to the CRM. Updates are instantaneous for CRM Connected and Open opportunities. New records created directly in the CRM might take up to 24 hours to sync, as we run daily synchronizations to match and populate these records in the CRM Connected and Open opportunities list.

By doing this, you can enhance your prospecting efficiency, minimize duplicate efforts, and focus on engaging with new prospects effectively.
