How to Use the Embedded Company Profile View in Your CRM

By embedding the Company Profile View directly into your CRM, your team can instantly access relevant, real-time company data right where they need it.

What You Need to Use It

To use the embedded Company Profile View in your CRM, make sure:

  • The iFrame view is enabled by your CRM admin (typically part of the CRM integration setup)

  • Your subscription type and your seat license will determine your ability to view and enrich data. Please refer to the table below.

Supported CRMs

The embedded view is currently available for the following CRM integrations:

  • Salesforce - integration instructions here.

  • Zoho CRM - integration instructions here.


Data Enrichment

When you click the 'Enrich CRM Account' button for a company, you will see two tabs:

  • Data that is different: List of fields where the CRM data differs from Dealfront.

  • Data up to date: List of fields for which the values are exactly the same as those in your CRM.

You can enrich a specific field or set of fields by selecting the checkbox(es) next to each of the fields listed in the Data that is a different tab.

Please note that any existing values in your CRM fields selected for enrichment will be overwritten with the newly updated data.


What You Can Do – Based on Seat Type

Your ability to view and enrich data through the embedded Company Profile depends on your user type and seat license:

View and enrich company profiles in your CRM for any company in your CRM.

Plus Seat

View and enrich company profiles for any company in your CRM. ❌ Cannot use Target inside the Dealfront platform.

Platform (Target + Leadfeeder access)

Pro Seat

View and enrich company profiles for any company in your CRM. ✅ Full access to Target inside the Dealfront platform.

Credit Usage

Most actions in the embedded Company Profile View do not use credits.

The only action that does is:

  • Find Contact Details – We attempt to enrich the selected contacts with additional phone numbers and find email addresses where they are missing through external data providers on your behalf. Please ensure that the collection and use of this data complies with the laws of your country.

    For each contact that is successfully enriched with additional information, such as phone numbers or an email address, 1 credit will be used.
