How it Powers Your Sales Pipeline?

Generating leads is important, but focusing on the right ones is crucial. Leadfeeder’s Web Visitor Identification tool enables your sales team to identify high-intent website visitors, ensuring your pipeline is filled with prospects most likely to convert. Here’s how you and your team can use Leadfeeder to maximize your pipeline:

  • Identify high-intent prospects – Track which companies visit your website, how often, and what pages they engage with to prioritize outreach to businesses already showing interest.

  • Re-engage lost opportunities – If a previously engaged prospect returns to your site, proactively follow up with relevant messaging to revive stalled deals.

  • Personalize cold outreach – Tailor outreach based on the pages a company visited (e.g., pricing, product features), making emails and calls more relevant and effective.

  • Enhance Account-Based Selling (ABS) – Monitor website visits from key decision-makers in target accounts to time outreach when engagement is highest.

FAQ

How Does Leadfeeder Identify Companies?

Leadfeeder identifies your website visitors, turning them into sales prospects for your organisation, but how do we do it? Learn more here.

What Does the Company Contact Location Show?

Locations in Leadfeeder are the locations of your visitors. The visitor may not be located where the company is, though. Consequently, it sometimes can show one of multiple offices/locations or other factors. Learn more here.

Why do visit discrepancies occur between Google Analytics and Leadfeeder?

Typically, you'll see more visits in Google Analytics than identified companies in Leadfeeder, and that's completely normal! Google Analytics tracks visits, while Leadfeeder identifies companies, which are different metrics. Therefore, they shouldn’t be compared to each other—like comparing miles to gallons. Learn more here.

Can I Use Leadfeeder Without Google Analytics?

You no longer need to connect Google Analytics to use Leadfeeder. Learn more here.

How Often Does Leadfeeder Update?

If your site has high traffic, companies should start appearing within an hour of setup. For sites with less traffic, it may take a bit longer. Rest assured, if identifiable companies visit, we'll show them to you as soon as possible! Learn more here.
